What size mat can the oGorgeous mat bag hold?
Our mat bags can hold the standard 1/8” mat and up to the thicker 1/4” mat with room to spare for towels, shoes, clothes, and whatever else you desire to stuff your bag with!
Is the oGorgeous mat bag washable?
We do not recommend washing the bag especially because of the satin lining which will not retain its luminosity and texture after washing. Spot cleaning or wiping is the preferred method of choice. Also, you shouldn’t worry about the bag getting dirty inside since Pilates and Yoga are performed inside the studio.
Where is it made?
All of our products are made in the USA.
SHIPPING, RETURNS, & PAYMENT
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal payments through a PayPal account or Google Checkout Payments through a Google Checkout account. Either way is equally acceptable.
When should I expect my package?
Nobody likes waiting to open their present. Give it about 5-7 days for arrival. If the package is to be delayed, we will notify you in advance and refund you if time is a factor. International may sometimes take up to a month because the package may get stuck in customs.
How much is shipping?
Domestic US: $7.50 1st item, $5.00 each additional
International: $20.00 1st item, $15.00 each additional
What is your refund policy?
You have 14 days to touch, feel, and use the oGorgeous bag. If it isn’t what you wanted, we are happy to accept your return and refund you fully for the item. Shipping charges for returns are at your own expense. However, if the bag is found to be faulty, we will refund your shipping costs as well.
