ABOUT THE BAG
What size mat can the oGorgeous or Flomme mat bag hold?
Our mat bags can hold the standard 1/8” mat and up to the thicker 1/4” mat with room to spare for towels, shoes, clothes, and whatever else you desire to stuff your bag with!
Are the bags washable?
We do not recommend washing the bag, but all fabrics can be wiped down.
SHIPPING, RETURNS, & PAYMENT
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
When should I expect my package?
Nobody likes waiting to open their present. Give it about
5-7 days for arrival. If the package is to be delayed, we will notify you in
advance and refund you if time is a factor. International may sometimes take up
to a month because the package may get stuck in customs.
For all bags featured in our newest collection, orders will be shipped out on Dec. 10, 2011 via priority mail. For US domestic orders, this means 2-3 day FREE SHIPPING. For international orders, allow 6-10 days and $30 priority mail shipping. Again, this applies only to the new yoga bags and gym bags.
How much does shipping cost?
Go to your shopping cart and select your country. You can get your shipping price before you checkout.
What is your refund policy?
You have 14 days to touch, feel, and use our bags. If it isn’t what you wanted, we are happy to accept your return and refund you fully for the item. Shipping charges for returns are at your own expense. However, if the bag is found to be faulty, we will refund your shipping costs as well. Just contact info@ogorgeous.com if you would like to return or exchange.
