Here is how you should use the Fitness Journal:
1.
Write your meals in the “breakfast,” “snack(s)”,
“lunch”, and “dinner” sections per day. Feel free to use an app/website like
mynetdiary or myfitnesspal to calculate calories and grams of fat, protein, and
carbs if you’d like.
2.
Write in how much water you are drinking a day
in the “water” box. Stay hydrated!
3.
In the “notes” section, you can track your
weight, measurements, and how you feel that day. This is great for analyzing
trends to see what works and what doesn’t work for you when looking back at
your fitness journey! Also in this section…if you finished the #DashingDecember workouts for the day, you can check it off on the workout calendar and on here!!
4.
At the top right hand corner, write in your goal
for the week! This should be something that is attainable within the week.
To ensure your success this month, I suggest printing the
whole 5 weeks out and 3-hole punching them into a binder or folder along with
the workout calendar. Keep it with you and fill the boxes ASAP so you don’t
forget what you ate. Posting the papers to your wall is also a very great way to
stay focused and on track.
