You get a great work out from Cassey. She is always positive and gives you a workout you won't forget. With eating clean and exercising to Cassey's workouts I lost five pounds my first week and continued losing weight and am now a size 2 after 3 months of this! Even after losing weight I still workout with Cassey to keep toned! Highly recommend her! My bum and legs have never looked better!

I am a consistent and dedicated at-home fitness junkie. I own lots of DVDs that instruct the watcher on exercises from kickboxing to weights to yoga and etc. All those DVDs have been collecting dust since I got Cassey's workout. It is a challenging hour-long workout and I'm seeing results I've never seen before from any workout. Cassey's upbeat attitude gets me through the toughest parts of the workout and I feel amazing after each morning I spend with POP pilates. Highly recommend!
